Erudite and Chatty
I have so enjoyed this podcast. Often I have not heard of the author (let alone the book) but I do enjoy the round table chat. Great deal of humour and a deep love of literature and a broad range of books discussed. As another reviewer said, it is the kind of conversation I wish I could have. 5 STARS

Every episode examines a forgotten classic with enthusiasm, and knowledge lightly worn. I recommend listening to anyone who'd like to explore the quieter corners of the last century's literature.Read full review »

This was somehow invented just for me -- someone who loves old books, who loves to reread, who doesn't have enough people in real life to talk books with. Heavenly.Read full review »

Confusing Agatha Christie and Enid Blyton? Only when one plays tennis in the nude. Who would know such a odd fact? This podcast full of the knowledge that comes from reading...a lot. They are entertaining and amusing while giving you a second chance at authors and books you may have forgotten about.
