Sounds of the Trail has been replaced!
When I first started training for my AT thru in 2016, I listened to Sounds of the trail as I walked. The stories from the trail filled the hours I spent walking. It was great hearing the stories of a diverse group of hikers whose paths I would soon be following. I was bummed when it stopped giving me new episodes last year. The cinamon connection has come to the rescue. Not only does this podcast provide the stories from the trail I've been missing, I get interviews with in studio guests with helpful information. Who are the douche bags who only gave one star? The fates made me a section hiker, but I'm hiker trash for life. Old GrowthRead full review »

My only complaint about this podcast is that they aren’t putting out new episodes quick enough! I’m a huge fan of the The Trek and follow the hosts on Instagram so I really enjoy listening to their fun chats.
