“I've just recently started kicking around the idea of doing a thru hike. This podcast is the first one I came across on the subject. I love that it mixes technical and anecdotal information, especially since I'm coming to you with zero knowledge. I have two questions, though. First, I know it doesn't pertain directly to you but could you maybe include some info about or from people who started their hike as plus sized hikers?
