Vinylly!
As a former humour columnist for Sun media I was so proud to meet Stuart after a taping in Winnipeg years ago. An absolute gentleman and I was saddened by the death of Stuart and in effect the countless characters he lovingly doted over in his whimsical writing style. I’m sure somewhere out there in the cosmos there is a small record store that continues to create the levity it was created to do. With much respect Stuart along with a giant thank you to Jess for carrying the torch , though she would be the first to deny it. Ian Shanley Winnipeg

And now I miss him so much. There was absolutely nothing to compare to the compassion, comedy, and poignancy of Vinyl Cafe. Thanks, Jess, et al for bringing this back and for the wonderful commentary you share.

The stories become so real as one listens that I have to remind myself that I cannot visit Dave’s shop nor meet him on the street. The weekly intros and stories on the background to the stories make it all the more real. Simply a,really grand and enjoyable listen.
