Don't have to be American to like it
I heard about this podcast via either 99% Invisible or The Memory Palace; I can't recall which at the moment. I'm always eager to try a new history podcast, but, as a Canadian, I wasn't convinced I'd be enthralled by American history, told by Americans. Well, was I ever wrong. This is a great podcast. The delivery is interesting and amusing at times and the information seems balanced, as far as I've been able to compare with other sources. It's definitely worth a listen and I don't think I've been disappointed with an episode yet - even some episodes I was sure would cause my eyes to glaze over, based on the topic. Two enthusiastic Thumbs up!Read full review »
