Let's carry on...   TIP #1: Greatly reduce your social media consumption. It's been a great distraction that helps you forget about what makes you unhappy. When you remove the numbing, your truest thoughts will rise to the top.   TIP #2: Improve your nutrition. Most of the thoughts we think we thought the day before. Our mind becomes a collection of the past and the body follows. But the past is in the past for a reason. To transform your life, you must transform your thoughts. Make it your practice to journal for at least 5 minutes every morning. Choose open ended positive prompts like, "What's a better way for me to....." or "If I were to _______, what are the steps to make that happen?" This work will help you find solutions to problems your previous automated thoughts told you were impossible.   TIP #4: Don't be afraid to explore. Most people avoid thinking about solutions to life's bigger problems because having that kind of power leaves them with choices. It 'feels' easier to believe they have no way out than to believe they are the one who has the power to change it.   TIP #5: Talk to someone. Say what you've been scared to admit. You don't need to act upon your words today, but letting them come from your mouth makes them more real and very valid. What you need matters. I'll say that again....
