Bang on the money
The year is 2089. The surface of the earth is a nuclear wasteland, unfit for human survival. Deep below the surface, the last bastion of humanity exists in an intricate network of tunnels. An unwitting denizen scrapes away at a foreign object found near the outskirts of their cave-town. Dusting away the dry, infertile dirt, the canister bears the words "TIME CAPSULE - 2020" on its rusted exterior. Hesitantly, the denizen cracks open the canister, whereupon a note reads: "Here is the last hope for humanity. This is a 'podcast', and it will solve all of your problems. I hope it's not too late". A strange device is attached to some earmuffs, and after a moment of adjustment, our protagonist hears voices from beckoning. "Hi Myf. G'day Zan." A feeling of warmth and hope follows.Read full review »
