Interesting mix of episodes
I really enjoy hearing about the mix of cases unfortunately her style is off putting as so negative towards services that are trying to protect children, the sheer size and scale of the problems, social care is no different to other front line services, they can not guarantee a death won’t happen, like police can not guarantee no crime or paramedics can’t guarantee no death. Social care workers are dealing with extremely high risk situations and families everyday but the stories are hidden as it is impossible to measure what they have prevented everyday. Social care is in crisis and we need to do more to support the adults supporting the children not demonise them
