Alan Aragon Episode
I am usually a big fan of MB podcasts - the conversations between Drs. Baraki and Feigenbaum are always enlightening and educational. It is always good to get the opinions of young doctors whose ideas come from critical thinking and not just the dogma of years in the professional. However, for me the Aragon eidose is a bust as I found it difficult to move beyond Aragon claiming he was the father of evidenced based nutirtion. He seems to have not realised that the field of nutrition science existed long before he discovered it and that sitting a reading other peoples papers is not collecting evidence. It is reading the evidence that other people have generated in their research. The two are vastly different. The first is called a literature reviw and the second is actually collecting evidence which is something peole were doing long before he appeared. It is also a little concenring that the BM team would have on someone who had been subject to multiple sexual harrament complaints.

Really appreciate the information you provide. I pick up little nuanced information every time I listen and get insight into how I might improve my lifts. Thanks.

Great content to guide all people passionate about strength training, particularly under the Starting Strength model. Consistent, comical, and to the point. One of my go-to podcasts for sure
