As a non-medical expert, and a guy into fitness and strength but really a hobbyist/amateur, I greatly appreciate how things get explained in a way I can understand as a non-expert. There is a real effort to evaluate ideas thoughtfully, and non-judgementally - so if you though something going in, it’s a non-threatening environment to allow yourself to change your mind. Finally, it’s really helpful that all the complexity gets brought back to “so what do I do with that?”. Really helpful guys, keep it up!”
