Honestly more beneficial for my non-fitness related studies
Currently studying Neuroscience at University and the research article reviews, analysis and criticisms have been far more beneficial to me for understanding what makes a medical research paper good or bad or okay, than the fitness information (but the fitness information is absolutely top notch as well). I’m about to rock up to my exam and drop the most fire mixtape.

Early episodes were great. Since leaving SS it seems to be an hour of why the starting strength model doesn’t work and then doesn’t spend nearly enough time on providing a clear and concise answer.
