It’s good but…
Tyler and David are pretty good at talking about films, they also are more well versed in comedies than most critics. The problems come when they try to incorporate a little comedy bit of their own, and it just does not work. It’s uncomfortable to listen to these guys force it. They laugh at each other’s stuff but that doesn’t mean anybody listening enjoys this pseudo-comedic banter. Just stick to talking about comedy; stop trying to manufacture it yourself because that’s how it feels: manufactured. Needless to say if they (yes you, Tyler and/or David) ever read this I’m sure they’ll shrug me off as a troll but I’m just telling you what my honest impression was. Notice this comment doesn’t have any annoying attempts at humor, that’s because I have enough self awareness to realize that I’m not funny and you guys should do likewise. Cheers.

They display a great mix of critical understanding of film and sheer enjoyment of going to...Read full review »

The two hosts talk about some really fascinating topics concerning movies and I enjoy listening to their opinions and thoughts, but the one thing that drives me crazy about this podcast is that they go off topic WAY too much. One of them will even say something along the lines of, "We've...Read full review »
