Description
Sonny Tashbar’s belief about life is: “Amazing How Fast Life Goes.” Sonny lives life to the fullest as one does not know when the hour and the time will come; entering eternity forever. Even being a competitive athlete in most sports in high school (football, track, weightlifting, etc.), a competitive rugby player in college, a natural competitive bodybuilder in the 90’s out of college and then on to local and the world games competitively in the world of CrossFit, and attempting to keep healthy, Sonny experienced in August 2021 and February 2023 = 2 Heart Attacks. As you can tell, Sonny lived through them and has great wisdom to share.  He grew up in the mountains as a country hick and he heard that his grandfather had two heart attacks, first in his twenties, and died of his second in his 40s.  Becoming aware of this in his teens Sonny set himself on a long time journey of taking care of himself so as not to end up with the “heart attack” ending what has plagued his family for many, many years.  Heart problems have intertwined his family since eternity past; if it can be said that way. His uncle with quadruple heart bypasses early in life, his Mom’s artery balloons, his Dad’s death at 57 years old from his one and only heart attack. In Sonny’s early teens, when his quest started; the experts said eat fat free!! Sonny also entered the Exercise, Fitness and Competitive Sports Arena. He was still in it as of February of last year = 2023. There have been many setbacks to his journey because of the misinformation provided, one example being: “that a one-way fix is recommended for all,” is stressed by so many so called “experts.” In this session we will discuss:  ·      The start of Sonny’s health journey. ·      What sports did you compete in? ·      Sonny shares a full description of all the illnesses he has had and how to rise above them knowing that in Life, “Things JUST Don’t Happen, They Happen JUSTLY”! ·      What programs/health fitness and nutrition had you attempted? ·      What have you found to be the best remedy toward optimal health? ·      How has your journey been going up to this point?  ·      What are some of the mis-guided information many are given through so many of these challenges we all experience in life? ·      Why does the “one system fits all,” fall so short for so many?  ·      Why do so many people end up going back to the, “same ole problem of before,” and only a few maintain their new optimal health obtained? ·      How inflammation can “break off” and cause heart attacks (which happened to Sonny not once, but twice).  ·      Eat food that is created not processed (i.e. real food); sleep; manage stress (his remedy – daily fishing!); family; help; spiritual connection. ·      We are all damaged differently – find what is right for you. ·      If you stick with one particular diet, over time, there may be certain nutrients that are missing.
