This 'emergency pod' comes to you from the middle of the Huntington AVP Tour Series event with special guests Tyler Penberthy and Carlos Jimenez joining Mark Bucknam to chat qualifier and main draw action and big picture Tour Series competition.

Only 3 weeks since our last episode, we catch up briefly on what went down at the Tour Series stop in Atlantic City before diving into all things AVP Pro Ft Lauderdale! Updates on what's going on with AVP Next events and AVP Tour series events moving forwards, as well as breaking down some interesting results from the AVP Next in San Antonio that was the AVP New Orleans qualifier, as well as the actual AVP New Orleans results, and the winners from the Kusadasi Challenge Event on the BeachVolleyballWorld Pro Tour. 

This week Jake and Mark break down the Norceca tour a little bit and give kudos to the American teams that just had success this past weekend (May 14 and 15) as well as give a mini preview for the AVP Next in San Antonio this upcoming weekend (May 21-22) that's acting as the New Orleans AVP Pro Tour qualifier.
