Episode 148
I absolutely love this podcast! It’s so relatable in so many areas and levels of life. But episode 148 truly hit me and inspired me. I have been going through so much in life and have been wanting to see a therapist and haven’t found my way to it. Being so busy and consumed in life has stopped me and then you feel like you’re okay until something comes up and your trauma is now shown in different places. It’s nice to know that you aren’t alone. And it’s okay to do therapy. And let’s talk about the YouTube videos that were implemented. I LOVE it! I feel like I’m right there 🤍
