I've loved medical history and narratives since picking up my first Berton Roueche book in fifth grade. I have a pretty good knowledge of medical history so even if I've heard the stories before, it's always cool to hear them from a different perspective. Adam makes my lunch-time just fly by. The topics are interesting and very thoughtfully chosen, and the depth of research that goes into episode is great. Although Adam addresses some intense topics, he still manages to keep the tone of the show light and enjoyable. I appreciate all the nerd jokes!

Great podcast, brings in the medical history that is often glossed over in medical school and illuminates the often obscure origins of its innovations.
