As hard as the struggles may seem at the time , no one can expect life to be void of struggles as that is not realistic and expectations of such will only cause you pain and frustration. None of us is a stranger to suffering – be it mental, physical or spiritual. I myself have suffered loss in my family, loss in my employment and with so much more in recent days piling up on the negative side of the spectrum it gave me pause to lose faith that there will be good days ahead. But no matter how tall this negative pile becomes I have to remember that the negative mountain cannot stop something positive from happening if I actively open the window and allow hope to shine in. No matter how tall the mountain, it cannot block out the sun because the sun of hope and positivity is always higher than the mountain of hardship and the sun will fill you with warmth if you have the fortitude to continue climbing that mountain.
