Today we’ll be discussing: The challenges of playing and coaching in a new environmentBuilding trust with a new group of athletesCharacteristics of a great competitorEric Supplee is the Assistant Coach at the University of San Francisco. He came to the Hilltop in the fall of 2022 after enjoying tremendous success while in New York City, which included guiding the Columbia Lions to multiple Ivy League crowns. Prior to his stop at Columbia, Eric spent the 2015 season at Georgetown. While with the Hoyas, he helped the team to their first appearance in the Big East Championship since 1986. Supplee also had a two-year stint at Wake Forest in 2013 and 2014, where the Demon Deacons won a combined 58 games in his two seasons in Winston-Salem. Ready to take your game to the next level?
