Really enjoyed each Podcast and hope more might be added. As the conversations meander, they demonstrate a very human side of how many aspects of enlightenment are actually lived out in Adya’s and the guest’s real daily lives. Reassuring to hear that things unfold in similar ways for others & how they experience them. How its not all perfect, text book stuff in real life. The chats have a lovely feel to them that can be soaked into, so no need to listen too intensely - just abdorb, relax & enjoy.
