Today’s episode on impermanent
Loved this episode! It’s right up my alley talking about existential crisis situations and losses in general and the intersection of psychology and philosophy, not to mention it deals in the realm of where I live my life and find meaning, the world of Hospice and bereavement. I am a multiple loss survivor and talking about this kind of stuff Is this very important to me. And important broadly for making the world less death denying and death phobic so I really appreciate it. I appreciated you and your dad leaning into nitty-gritty of this topic and not shying away from anything. I respected that greatly. I listened to it twice and made notes. I’m going to be giving my first ever speech on grief and it really helped me figure out how I want to frame the conversation, to set the tone for it. So, I greatly appreciated all your thoughts and theories and teaching me as always something new. This one is that is going to linger with me for the rest of the week, minimum lol at least. Thanks again! I love when you guys go deep like this. It makes for some of my favourite episodes. Big thanks to you both!

More reviews of Being Well with Forrest Hanson and Dr. Rick Hanson
I loved the practical advice provided on how to support those you love who experience depressed mood/depression. Very practical and actionable tips. It was helpful for me to learn that just being present can be helpful.
