We all have the good intention to reach whatever goal we are setting for ourselves. Let's say we gave ourselves a goal to go to the gym a 3 times a week. For two weeks in a row we are able to go not 3 times but 4 times. But going into the third week we can only muster up enough energy to go once. We start to feel like we are going through this same cycle of believing we can do something but then never following through with it.  What keeps us in this cycle of being super inspired then falling off the rails just a few months or weeks later?  That's what we are talking about today in our episode, how do we overcome obstacles to our vision.
