It is so important to have a healthy relationship with yourself. If this is missing EVERY OTHER relationship will suffer. It is from the out pore of our own relationships that we treat others. If we dislike ourselves or are frustrated with ourselves then that will be how we view others and this is not how we want to go into our relationship with others.  We talk about how to have this healthy relationship with ourselves and some ways to implement that in your day to day.
