Accessible history
I enjoy the interviews immensely. I discovered The Library Company, which has great online exhibits, via this podcast. Also, I've learned some fascinating history about escaped slaves in the War of 1812, John Adam's tenure as Foreign Minister to Britain, and colonial era pirates. I'm excited to read some of the books discussed on the podcast. There are a few tech issues in the early episodes (echoes, p popping), but it seems to be getting better as I listen to more recent episodes.Read full review »

I am a history buff, but continue to learn from Liz and her guests. I find it very informative and entertaining at the say time.
