Fantastic in depth information
What comes across most about Ben and & his podcast is his depth of knowledge on the subject matter that he discusses. His enthusiasm for giving advice to people to enable them to do better, be better, make better choices and live healthier lives is inspiring. Some people may find it to be too long or have too much information and detail but if you live with fitness as part of your lifestyle then this podcast is for you. You can learn a lot of fantastic information to apply to your own life, some of it very technical but plenty of usable info for anyone who likes to focus on fitness and health as part of their everyday life.

Great Podcast with awesome information. Ben really delivers a lot of great information you can use to help your training, nutrition and fitness. The guests on the podacast have great information and and can deliver the information you need in a way you can understand.
