“I just tried to give this podcast a second chance and briefly listened to the 5/20/2019 show and almost immediately had to turn it off. I was looking for an intelligent conversation about GoT and the finale, but it immediately became very aware these podcasters are immature and misogynistic, and did not appreciate or understand the complexity of the elements at play in the show. Specifically, on Danys death by John, one of them called Dany a “succubus” and cheered on Johns actions saying “do it for all the men who have to get away from crazy women out there.” This was disappointing. It is such a gross reduction of the complexity of this show, these characters, and this tragically necessary action in the story. Their tone was reminiscent of a mean middle school aged child. Don’t waste your time listening. You won’t gain any insight or intelligent inquiry here.”
