No longer victim friendly
I used to love this podcast, Francey and Jim are at their best when passionately discussing child sexual abuse cases they have prosecuted. They taught me and their audience so much about advocacy for sexual assault victims. Then, suddenly, they release eight (8) episodes defending Kavanaugh? They completely contradicted their previous opinions on “believing the victim”! Then Francey introduced a guest host who described herself proudly as a “c u t e-servative” and had no experience in law or crime? The pod now has a downright hostile feeling and is not victim friendly or a safe space for assault survivors. I unsubscribed, but check in occasionally to see what topics they cover, but my trust is completely gone. I wonder what Dr. Laura Richards would think?
