“I like this to have on in the background, it’s fun and lighthearted. but some of the information they give is just inaccurate, especially about breastfeeding in the most recent episode. Nothing wrong with formula feeding if that’s what you choose but supplementing with formula the first days of life because your milk hasn’t come in yet and just because you feel like you should can be detrimental to breastfeeding if that’s your goal. Colostrum is enough for them the first few days of life and new moms hearing this might question themselves after hearing this episode. Would be nice to have real experts on to tackle some of these topics!”

“While some of the podcasts are entertaining my main gripe with the show is that personal advice is passed off for facts of how things need to be done ie have an epidural or only nurse every 4 hours. These are personal choices and should be highlighted as such.”
