“First off, I think that if Aleen, Sami, and Jordana were listening to this while they were starting Betches at Cornell they’d laugh and turn it off and write something hilarious about how out of touch these people are from the listeners.
I listen to every single Betches podcast and I love them sooo much. This one doesn’t even sound like something they’d produce. I feel like it is sooooo off brand& it doesn’t match their IG content at all either. With so many people in the office engaged, I’m surprised they asked Taylor to host this podcast. I’m getting married this December, and live in SoCal on the coast, so I know it’s an expensive area, but the podcast’s content is OUTRAGEOUS. For them to talk about how anything less than $1k per table for flowers is unacceptable, DIY brings down the look, and then complaining about the host’s parents “only” giving her $50k is all so out of touch. Also every episode feels like a commercial for whoever the guest is.
This podcast gets my Betch-Slap for the week and gets the Cringe Harrison award.”
