“Copy & pasting my review from a different series from I Heart or whatever it’s called because they all have the same problem.
The story is interesting the hosts are good, but that adds are insufferable. And for 30 minute episodes?? I understand that podcasts need to pay the bills, I am happy to listen to a few adds or skip them where they’re a little too long but I can’t even get through sweeping the floor without having to get my phone & skip through several ad reads.
Why do you need like 12 ad reads? FOR 30 MINUTES!? Put two at the beginning, two in the middle, two at the end. Even that is an insane amount for 30 minutes but come on!!?? The actual episode is probably less than 10 minutes. PLEASE just charge more for one rather than what ever your rate is for 20. It truly makes me not listen to other podcasts from
this company. I tried two different series & that’s two too many. If you try & work out or do anything while listening I am sorry for your time wasted skipping 4 adds every three minutes.”

“I’ve listened to about 75 podcasts and I’ve never heard so many ads. I’d assume that it’s at least 40-50% of the total run time. I know money is important but it’s a LOT.”
