Do you walk into a room and turn on the TV because you're desperately trying to distract yourself from your own thoughts? Do you walk into the kitchen and you reach for the cabinets for something in the cabinets? You're not the least bit hungry, but you stuff yourself to stop the pain? Call yourself on it.
