We find that there seems to be confusion around what eating plant-based is. Plant based isn't necessarily not eating animal proteins, but rather, being more intentional about adding more plants the diet. There are many versions of being vegetarian, which is naturally a plant-based way of eating. See how you can fill your plates up more with more fruit/veggie/bean/potatoes/squash!
