This was the most helpful adjunct for a nurse practitioner course. Dr. Cizadlo is one of the best professors. His content is thorough and his presentation is thought provoking and enjoyable which can be hard to do. One big downside apparently is Apple and College of St Scholastica didn’t renew...Read full review »

I have listened to Doc C’s podcasts throughout the years and I’m continually amazed at the wealth of knowledge and engagement he provides within his lectures. Amazing professor!

“Dontcha get it!?” This guy is great- so descriptive while covering different concepts. Has made NP school much easier for me!

This podcast is a lifesaver. I’d give it more stars if I could!

Unfortunately I am unable to tune into the older podcasts from 2008. Thank you for this ! I hope the other podcasts become available soon 😊

I am taking pathophysiology & ran into this. I was skeptical but am so glad to have given it a listen. The information is informative and I like how he applies the concepts to the bedside. I am an ED nurse and am currently in an FNP program.

I’ve downloaded the podcast but can’t access any 2008 lectures and all but one of 2009. What’s up? I am super eager to hear this stuff!!

This was simply the best nursing prep class ever. And I have 2 and 1/2 Bachelors degrees so I have taken more than my share of courses. He is by far my top professor and I only took this one course with him online. Sadly I never met him in person. He has a real passion for teaching and his...Read full review »

I have been a family physician for over 25 years and have had wonderful and amazing teachers during my career. Dr Cizadlo ranks as one of the top 5. He has rekindled my love for pathophysiology and desire to relearn what I have forgotten and learn what is new, specially the NEJM and JAMA review...Read full review »

Listening to Dr C’s entertaining content-laden lectures takes me back to Med school. I needed a refresher of pathophysiology and after looking and listening long and hard, I found this pearl among the ocean of podcasts out there. This is a great podcast for Med and Nursing students and postgrads....Read full review »

It seems I can not listen to the tracks anymore. I love listening to these for meditation. His voice is so soothing and he explains things in such a visual way that I can picture exactly what he’s explaining. Plus he’s funny.

Dr. C is hands down the best educator I’ve ever listened to. I go to UCSF and his teaching wildly surpasses any of the professors I’ve had. He makes concepts that can easily be taught in extremely confusing and hard to digest formats into the most straightforward and logical way. I reference this...Read full review »

I never write reviews. This is my first one and WOW. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am that this series of lectures exists and is available to the public. Yes, it’s a little hard to navigate and pick out the *one* you’re looking for but the material is on point, clear and thorough....Read full review »

I’ve stopped cycling to osteopathy clinic (4th year student) so that I can walk and listen to these podcasts instead. So beautifully clear and informative.

I listened to this podcast on my commutes to and from nursing school. I rocked pathophysiology based on this alone.

Really enjoying this podcast - I’m a nursing student, and they’re very helpful! My only suggestion would be a title for each episode. I just discovered it and have to shuffle through them to find one with content that is related to what we’re studying in class now.

As a nursing student, I listened to all of his podcasts before taking path and I rocked the class. He even wrote me back via email when I had a differential diagnosis question. He was, as expected, insightful and blunt. "I like your thinking, but remember, as a student, you're not...Read full review »

THIS PODCAST is amazing, thank you. I'm a sophomore in high school, really didn't understood the whole concept of the biological field to the point that I was taking the lowest biological level class. I agree with other review, the titles should contain what the lecture is about, would be way more helpful in deciding which podcasts to download.

Every lecture does not need the course name in its title.

It's hard to imagine that I could describe these lectures as anything other than well-explained, well-said, intricately expanded and thoughtfully presented by a true expert, but I also find myself loving Dr. C's honesty* and earnestness in presenting these often difficult topics. Wow this podcast is great!!! I am so thank full it is also free. Often when I read my text it is hard to understand all of the points. Dr Cizadlo is wounderful! It is nice to be able to listen to the talking points of each unit!

For the non-professional interested party and for Medical Doctor, or Nurse this is the BEST podcast course on pathophysiology I have come across.
