I mean, they were swept again, because it happened in the playoffs. But in any event, this very specific, very narrow interpretation of a streak has come to an end. And… the Orioles are still good. They’re still a very good team. Maybe THAT can be the story? Not this weirdly specific stat? Second Base: Gunnar’s MVP Campaign Gunnar Henderson is having the type of season that we could only dream about. Stop for a moment, and think about one part of his game that you wish he would improve. We’ll wait. Still waiting. Gunnar is, in short, having a historically good season, and we can’t wait to see how he stacks up against some of the elite players in the leage.
