Mediocre
I found Kristen’s solo episodes to be somewhat rambling and lacking in useful information. Her language is heteronormative and not inclusive of LGBTQ couples. I was looking forward to her episode on the Partner’s role in childbirth, and found it very disappointing and filled with stereotypes. I think there are much better podcasts about pregnancy and childbirth out there that are more worth your time!

I found out that I am unexpectedly pregnant with my first child and was desperately seeking advice and support. This podcast is not only informative but also helps me feel capable of navigating the world of motherhood with confidence and peace.
