Best podcast episodes I've ever listened to
This is actually one of the best podcast episodes I've ever listened to Dr Natalie Elphinstone is incredible. It's so important for us to shift our mindset as a culture towards viewing birth as a normal physiological process that SOMETIMES require medical assistance. Rather than an inherently risky process that always requires medical assistance. Dr Natalie speaks so eloquently on the system in which she practices without judgement, but a deep understanding for why it is currently the way it is... and has a deep passion for understanding and respecting physiological birth so that she can provide women centred care! And this involves a lot of reconditioning ideas around birth and safety. I encourage everyone to listen to this incredible episode. Thank you birthchoices for covering such an important topic 🙏🏻❤️Read full review »
