“It is absolutely heart-opening and affirming to have found this podcast. Lauren + Zakkiyyah do a beautiful job creating the space woc need on the airwaves and in our lives. I listen to it when it’s time to really tune-in to my self-care rituals for the day, to remind me that other black girls in other places are doing the same thing.
