Inspiring, Uplifting and Creating Connectivity
In the discussion that is now global on wellness and self-care, BGIO creates a place for women of color to be included in that discussion. I feel like I’m listening to my homegirls talking and quite frankly this podcast has become part of my self-care. Allowing me to connect with like minds and keep me motivate as I create these spaces in my own community. Thank you for all that you do BGIO, we ain’t goin nowhere and the movement is real. Peace, love and infinite blessings!
