I binge-listened to every episode soaking up the wealth of information that dwells within this podcast, and left wanting more and feeling right at home.
I'm a black woman who values health, but have never found a community of thinkers that are well populated with people who look like me. If you're rocking dreadlocks, it was often thought you're Rastafarian by default. I'm not.
I want products that understand my melanin rich skin, my Caribbean diet and eco couscious beliefs. But I also want to be organic in doing so. Still, there's too few products on the market so it's a big compromise. UGH. Hearing Black Girl In Om, I know i'm not the only one out there longing for the same.
