For something that's free on the radio - and to line the pockets of one of America's richest (multi-billionaire) men (who just had to be mayor of NYC along with king of everything else, for his ego's sake)? What are you, crazy? Goodbye, Bloomberg; goodbye Ken Pruitt and Tom Keene. Pay for this content? For a radio excerpt that's thrown onto iTunes randomly, with no special production merit that justifies any extra cost? Forget it. This whole was-free, now-is-paid trend will fall flat, just like NY Times "Select" (i.e. most of us "selected" not to pay).
