I like this post game... much more than listening live on 590, because I can scrub past callers like Gary from Vancouver. Switched to another podcast as I write... "Goodbyee!"Read full review »

Murphy is on the level. Enjoy his takes and vibes. Kinda tapped out on season tho as rebuild shoulda been peaked now. Atkins gotta go - asap - probably Shapiro too. Their project is a clear and present no winner chicken dinner.

Hypothetically, what would happen if all the Sportsnet on-air broadcasters, analysts, reporters and general personnel, were not allowed to use the word "guys" for every group of people they talk about? What if they were required to use words like, the players, the pitchers, the...Read full review »

Not sure why they have a khaki like Blake pretending to give insight on a game he’s never played. Reading stats doesn’t make you knowledgeable in the game. I enjoy the normal Jays Talk, but Jays Talk Plus is hot garbage. Hey Blake, stick to working in a Library!

Love it, wish the show was half hour longer that was just fans calling in for that portion

Please keep going with Nick. He’s good on here as well the MLHS podcast.

Jeff Blair is rude and nasty. His constant snide comments about players, especially Kirk, are unacceptable.
Giacomo Mario via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 04/03/24
Please keep the annoying Jeff Blair off this show. He has his own show. Sho Ali and his partners do a great job. More calls please.

I have a podcast too it is called junior jays talk and I was just wondering if you would want to have a kid who remembers being a jays fan since he was alive. Also I have listened to your podcast and I rated 5 stars thank you for reading.

Sorry but everyone else just is collecting pay checks and toeing the company line.

On Blue Jays Talk+, when ever we come back from a break, the host and/or guest is ALWAYS commenting on or discussing the choice of music used for coming back, but that music isn’t played on the podcast. Makes it pretty irrelevant discussion on a podcast. Maybe consider dropping?

Team does a really good job recapping games and taking calls from fans.

As the title says it is great when Blair & Barker are off, but I don’t listen when they are on. I don’t want to be rude, they are just not for me, but it would be amazing if they just got their own show and left this one alone! Oh wait… Everyone else seems great though!

Great commentary and guests but please - I’m here for Blue Jays and baseball, not Raptors and basketball (or hockey or whatever).

Sho is a good host but please take more calls

Jays Talk has not been the same since Mike Wilber was let go. His Toronto Star podcast is generally more insightful and interesting than what this is now. It would be great if you’re going to take calls to not take them from the same guy “Eddie” every single episode. If the same guy is always...Read full review »

If you love The Blue Jays. You’ll love this show. It’s a must listen for me all year.

Listened to Blake Murphy’s Blue Jays + since it it started. Live or podcasts it’s a no miss show. Interesting, informative and amusing with varied guests and occasional sprinkles of non-baseball chat. Looking forward to post season extension and renewal for 2023

Always love listening to Blair and Barker, but also have really enjoyed Sho, Julia, and Blake as well!
rookhale86 via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 09/19/22
When Barker/Blair host this show it’s a 5/5. When it’s Julia/Sho the quality of the analysis Is more like a 2/5. When Blake Murphy hosts it’s a 3.5/5.

Please get rid of the expedia ad. That lady’s voice is so annoying. If I have to hear her tell me how nice a Mexican market is one more time I’m gonna lose it

Blake makes this show a fun and exciting listen, please have him on more. I’m tired of Blair and Barker. Bring in the new blood. 5/5 for Blake 2/5 for Blair and Barker

I love Kevin and Jeff but please separate it from jays talk +. There are enough nerdy analytics driven podcasts about the blue jays already from Sportsnet.
nudeball via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 06/02/22
After listening to Barker and Blair since 2014 or so I can say I think I’m done. It’s almost always the same conversation. Deep dives into hitting approach. Pitch locations. Way to technical. So boring. I’m done. Finding Rob Wong and Josh Goldbergs podcast.

Great host lineup, this is smart and fun baseball analysis, please keep them all season!

Super disappointed that you brought in Jeff Blair to finish off this exciting blue jays season. Rob and Josh were very insightful, funny, and much easier to listen to. I definitely won’t be able to stand Jeff’s voice and pessimistic views for a full season next year. To bring in a 60+ year old...Read full review »

Started listening a couple months ago and Josh, Rob and Sho offered a refreshing take on sports talk radio (e.g. I liked that they answered texts from listeners rather than calls). As a woman in her 30s, I can’t listen to Blair and Barker… just all the absolute worst aspects of old school sports...Read full review »

Wishing I could fast forward through some of these segments. I also cant download each session. No calls, and I miss the old format

Always fun to listen to. With the change to texts (versus phone calls) because of the current social distancing at the studio, it’s much improved now that we no longer have to listen to Eddie from Fort Erie. Hopefully this will be permanent
baneddie via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 09/14/20
Remember when Jays Talk took calls? That was awesome. Now it’s just more of the same Rogers voices we hear a lot doing a post game with occasionally Rog taking some texts.

New host Scott Macarther does an amazing job talking callers off the ledge on his call in show post game. He is empathetic and knowledgeable about the game. A real pro!!

Wilner, Arden and Rob Wong are great. Chris Leroux uses poor logic, insights and personal feelings (ie. Tepera is a major league closer) to express opinions. He acts like a know it all because he was in the majors (although as a Chris Rowley type) and he’s definitely got to go. There are much...Read full review »
