BBB
I absolutely love BBB, Laurie and Sara. I’m so grateful for creating this podcast. I don’t think I’ve listened to a podcast where I didn’t relate to the topic and guest speakers. Grateful to have you both in my life and keep inspiring! Much love

So happy to have found this informative, funny, affirming and relatable podcast. Laurie and Sara are so skilled at presenting a real, vulnerable and insightful (and non-stigmatising) glimpse into some of the key elements of BPD as well as very helpful strategies for change and recovery. This podcast is so real. Almost no subject is off topic. It’s encouraging people with BPD to promote peer support. The hosts are extremely knowledgeable about their diagnosis and the treatments that are available to them and their peers.

The BBB podcast was one of the first outlets of media I found surronding BPD. It feels like I’m talking with old friends. I love how open, raw and honest Sara and Laurie are about every aspect of their lives, BPD or not. The two are fluent in DBT skills and are promoters of mental wellness and...Read full review »

I listen on Spotify, but redownloded Apple Podcasts to write this review. I am at the tail end of an intensive outpatient program after yet another major spiral. When reviewing my symptoms and history with the psychiatrist, he mentioned BPD. My little, highly stigmatized, knowledge had me...Read full review »

I feel ok now, I feel like it won’t always be that scary and I feel seen! Thank you! (Ps. Already sent some episodes to my BF so he can understand me better! The...Read full review »

Bold, Beautiful, Borderline is a wonderful resource for folks with BPD to step into their power and understand that they are more than a diagnosis. BPD is so stereotyped and misunderstood, and hearing stories and experiences — instead of just sets of symptoms or caricatures — helps the listener...Read full review »
