Please don’t stop making podcasts!!! I am an active duty navy foreign area officer, serving abroad, and I have been an avid listener for years now. It may be my prego hormones, but I am balling my eyes out at the end of this last episode. Please don’t stop feeding us balanced insight, and...Read full review »

I absolutely loved these podcasts and I am terribly sad that they are no longer continuing. Compelling, funny hosts with relevant experience and interesting perspectives on foreign affairs, counter-terrorism, and national security.

There is nothing “sort of” about foreign policy, but when “sort of” pops up in every sentence of analysis, I can’t bear it.

Goes out as usual. In the bag. And loyal to the Bombshell Trio’s Core (Lack of) in Principles: 1. Maximize the portfolio gains of the Military Spending Sugar Daddies who have their hands around the throats and lesser earning potentials of the Bombshell trio; 2. Further their careers as D.C....Read full review »

Great overview of thoughts on Foreign policy. Creates a very needed reminder that policy wonks are not just old white men.

Each episode is loaded with well thought out presentations of key natsec issues of the times. Their treatment of civ-mil relationships and trends is very important and enlightening. These women are very intelligent. I hope they can continue this work for a long while ahead.

I love the ladies of bomshell. I enjoy the interviews. It is a great place to feature women in foreign affairs who are up and coming as well as those that have already arrived. I love the merch. I bought some for myself and friends.

As someone with no experience in foreign policy or national security, I find this podcast approachable, informative, and helpful. I also love that it features so many women!

I love the policy talk. I love hearing a female version of reality. Had plenty of the other. Fools in this admin are doing a not so fine job. Also. Whilst cleaning today I started working through the list I made from their lengthy Pop Culture segment. Netflix Homecoming about Beyoncé. I’m nearly...Read full review »

Okay, it’s tied with Rational Security. I love both of these podcasts more than I love a well run policy process.

Learned more from these three experts in one show than I could possibly imagine. Guests are fantastic. Waiting for the next manniversary.

I love getting my national security news from here! Great guests, great information and delivering it in a pretty down to earth manner. Only thing better would be if it were weekly!

You guys are great, knowledgeable people who can talk the talk about foreign policy, but manage to keep it fun and easier for a layperson to understand. I consistently recommend this podcast to everyone who is interested in foreign policy.

Highly recommended for anyone interested in national security. I’m a military officer, and I love having the perspective of some professionals from the civilian side.

This is a must-listen for me, on my NatSec playlist on Overcast - the experts the hosts find provide excellent background and detailed context on world events, and the Bombshell questions are always entertaining. The hosts themselves Loren, Erin, and Radha are sharp, intelligent, and insightful.

What use to be a fun podcast on strategy and national strategy turned into just an hour of trump bashing. There is no longer any academic discussion it’s just three people telling listeners how much they hate the president.

Just take a listen and you will be just as impressed as I was. Now I’m addicted. Keep up the excellent programming Ladies!!

Listener for a couple months now and I was hoping for an objective national security analysis & discussion, but quite frankly, it’s just a few left leaning ladies constantly reminding you of how educated they are...and then bashing anything Trump does or any policy his administration enacts. ...Read full review »

In this time of sound bites and simple answers it’s so wonderful to hear professionals from their fields give measured and insightful information about the issues of national security. Love this show.

This is a very well made podcast it talks about very serious issues in a serious tone but does make it easier to listen to with jokes here and there and they have an excellent pop section that lets you know about cool other stuff to look up.

If you’re interested in a natsec podcast, I recommend this for more lighthearted stuff and any big think tank’s stuff (like CFR) for discussions with academics.

Excellent hosts with a good dynamic. Good guests. Smart, witty analysis. Just the right amount of wonky. You know where they stand politically, but it doesn’t just devolve into political whinging. I only wish episodes came out more often.
Phil1516 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 02/13/19
Some smart people discussing the issues in foreign policy. Plus you get to think about how you’d answer the Bomshell questions.

The podcast is very good. They’re able to cover topics starting at a high level and then get into the details well. I typically don’t find myself entirely out of context listening to stories that I’m not familiar with. They do a good job keeping my attention to the topics as well.
