A great listen for book lovers!
I absolutely love this podcast. I first listened to the Emily Mortimer episode a few weeks ago and am now working my way through Season 3. Bookish has given me some great book recommendations, which I am enjoying slowly getting my way through. (The accompanying website is also very helpful as it gives you links to other books mentioned in the episodes, as well as links for certain editions and publisher information of the five principal books in each episode). In addition to the bookish things while listening, it’s fascinating to see how each book has shaped each of the guests. It’s almost like getting a mini oral history/autobiography alongside the podcast’s interview-with-a-twist. Fingers crossed for more episodes!!! I highly recommend to anyone, especially book lovers.

Interesting and insightful to hear how books resonated with people and how they shaped their identities. Such a delightful treat.

Cannot wait to hear more and more. Have long list of books I must read. Do another series Please!! Marcia...Read full review »
