Small town Texas
I was born and raised in South Texas before I relocated to another state. Truck driving and oil workers were very familiar to my up bringing and what surrounded me. My cousins were raised in West Texas, near Andrews to be exact. Summers were sometimes spent there. This episode gave me a glimpse of what was familiar to me. A reminder of the choices we make and why but not forgetting to say Thank you to the ones that make things happen..... Looking forward to all the other episodes.

I listened first episode and got hooked. It displayed a great picture of peoples’ lives living in West Texas. Glad it’s not just about industries.

What a great opener. That really took me there. I’m very much looking forward to the remaining 9 episodes. So refreshing hear a talented journalist in a day and age when the true art of journalism is too often absent.
