“I’m new to podcasts but while on a weeks holiday thought I’d give them a go as I hear such great things. I’m almost nine months booze free and 6 weeks ago I went from feeling the best I’ve felt in my whole life to the lowest in a very long time. Feeling extremely anxious, booze cravings are kicking in hard, when I thought they’d all but gone altogether. So, I searched Anxiety and somehow came across your podcast.
