“Love the podcast. I have a question I couldn’t really find an answer for so I thought I’d throw it out to the round table. We all know when a bottle is half empty the flavor can change from oxidation but doesn’t this also happen in a barrel as it ages and loses volume? Why is this bad in a bottle but no one discusses its affect in a barrel?”
