Like everything Dean and Ayesha put out, these podcasts are so informative. What I love is that there is no “junk science,” everything is backed up with REAL research studies. If they don’t know, or the research isn’t there yet, they say it. What a wonderful source of information I can trust....Read full review »

I love this podcast, they are so interesting, and always based on facts and studies. And yet very interesting to hear about their lives with their children, plant-based family, which I think is wonderful! Please don’t stop these podcasts. I always look forward to them!

I really enjoyed your podcast with Lisa Genova. It’s one of the best and most relevant to me that I’ve heard yet! I find these podcasts interesting. However, sometimes Dean sounds sarcastic. In one of the podcasts, he referred to “the guy that takes his shirt off and swims in freezing waters” in a kind of arrogant way. If he is referring to Wim Hof, I invite Dean to research Wim and dare him to do what Wim...Read full review »

Thank you for analyzing joe rogan’s interview with max Lugavere . It was weird to hear max starting a lot of his answers to rogan’s questions with “ I am not an expert…but” or “I am not sure about the details in data … but…” . It’s so dodgy

Here’s a podcast that will actually tell you what the science knows (and doesn’t know) about preserving your cognitive abilities. Too many podcasts just speculate and/or repeat other people’s speculation. Useless! Here’s the real deal. Plus they’re enjoyable to listen to.

I am an avid podcast listener and I find this podcast to be one of the best. I think they make the subject of preventative brain health interesting. It would be great to hear an episode devoted to the topics of strokes. Their book is a wonderful resource as well.

I read their book and I loved it. However, for me, the podcast is very boring. I mostly don’t learn anything. They and their guests only tell us how wonderful they feel with the way they live, no scientific explanation, no protocols. Just blablabla.
