“I discovered this fantastic podcast a few weeks ago when searching for information on neuroplasticity and am hooked! The topics are so interesting and Ginger is a great and endearing interviewer. I thought this subject was beyond me, as I'm not a scientist and struggle to pay attention when faced with very dry or technical material, but Ginger presents it in a way that's very palatable whilst not being 'dumbed down'. I'm so excited by the things I've learnt, and the ways I can apply them to my own life, and I've even generated a long reading list based upon the interviews with authors I've listened to. Ginger's other podcast 'Books & Ideas' is worth exploring too!
I really couldn't recommend this podcast highly enough- it's information everyone should have!
