I find this podcast fascinating
I find Dr. Ginger Cambell to be a very thoughtful and informative host on this podcast. I have listened to every episode, usually while I am out running. I find it is a great way to pass the time as the miles pass by. I enjoy the interviews and I also have read a few of the books she suggests. I especially enjoyed book Body Maps (Episode #21) by Sandra Blakeslee. In my opinion it is worth listening to because it is not overly scientific but certainly educational and interesting.
