“I genuinely think there is good information in this podcast which is why I have given it so many listens. However the sheer amount of ‘you know’s and ‘ummm’s make it almost impossible to tolerate and I’m going to have to
unsubscribe. Those of us who have to deal with narcissists have certainly been though enough, a professionally recorded and dictated podcast I think is not too much to ask! If I were to speak to Rebecca directly I would sincerely ask her to practice a time or two through before recording to avoid this pitfall. It is clear she knows what she is talking about as the actual information she provides is sound, but these turns of phrase make it sound like she is unsure and not very confident in what she is teaching. It takes away from her teachings and makes it tough to absorb the information at all. Here’s hoping this is just due to some growing pains and she will work it out to provide the masses with her expertise in a more listener friendly way.”
